Self Publish Programs

Our philosophy at Kensington Pond Books is to provide you, the aspiring author, with simple, straightforward solutions that will help get your book, story or poem the exposure it deserves.

Our Online Library contains hundreds of titles, many of which were written by some of histories greatest authors. These stories are presented in easy to read plain text format and are available free for all to enjoy. If selected, your unpublished title will be included in our library by category, with a new author's icon. Your title will be presented in its entirety on its own individual web page along with an author's biography, brief story introduction and new author's icon. This service is FREE to all unpublished authors whose stories are accepted into our program.

E-book Program

E-books or electronic books are publications that are encrypted for digital delivery via download, email, ftp, discs and CDs, as well as DVDs. E-books can be printed from a home pc so they can be read immediately in traditional paper form. E-books provide a quick and economical way for an unpublished author to get their book in print.  The charges for this program vary depending on word count and design requirements.

Book Publishing Program

Kensington Pond Books can help you publish your book for yourself not by yourself. We will provide cover design, book formatting, art and illustrations as needed.  We will provide ISBN# and CAP data listing, Library of Congress and Dewey Decimal coding.  We will on your behalf register Copyright, EAN and UPC bar coding as well as file two copies of your book with the Library of Congress.  You will receive three pre-publication proofs before your book is printed.  Once your book is in print it will be submitted to all appropriate index services and book catalogers, as well as all major book sellers such as Amazon and Barnes and Noble.  You and your book will be listed in the Kensington Pond Bookstore as a featured new author.  The charges for this program vary depending on word count and design requirements.

Rights, Registrations And Royalties

You retain complete ownership and copyright of your title. All registrations and filings are done on your behalf with you identified as the author/owner of the title.  You may withdraw your title from any of all Kensington Pond Book programs with a 30 day written notice.  All Kensington Pond Book new authors receive royalties of 75% of net revenues.
