Self Publish Programs
Our philosophy at Kensington Pond Books is to provide you, the
aspiring author, with simple, straightforward solutions that will help get
your book, story or poem the exposure it deserves.
Our Online Library contains hundreds of titles, many of which were
written by some of histories greatest authors. These stories are presented
in easy to read plain text format and are available free for all to
enjoy. If selected, your unpublished title will be included in our
library by category, with a new author's icon. Your title will be
presented in its entirety on its own individual web page along with
an author's biography, brief story introduction and new author's icon.
This service is FREE to all unpublished authors whose stories are
accepted into our program.
E-book Program
E-books or electronic books are publications that are encrypted for
digital delivery via download, email, ftp, discs and CDs, as well
as DVDs. E-books can be printed from a home pc so they can be read
immediately in traditional paper form. E-books provide a quick and
economical way for an unpublished author to get their book in print.
The charges for this program vary depending on word count and design
requirements. Book Publishing Program
Kensington Pond Books can help you publish your book for yourself
not by yourself. We will provide cover design, book formatting, art
and illustrations as needed. We will provide ISBN# and CAP data
listing, Library of Congress and Dewey Decimal coding. We will
on your behalf register Copyright, EAN and UPC bar coding as well
as file two copies of your book with the Library of Congress.
You will receive three pre-publication proofs before your book is
printed. Once your book is in print it will be submitted to
all appropriate index services and book catalogers, as well as all
major book sellers such as Amazon and Barnes and Noble. You
and your book will be listed in the Kensington Pond Bookstore as a
featured new author. The charges for this program vary depending
on word count and design requirements. Rights, Registrations
And Royalties
You retain complete ownership and copyright of your title. All registrations
and filings are done on your behalf with you identified as the author/owner
of the title. You may withdraw your title from any of all Kensington
Pond Book programs with a 30 day written notice. All Kensington
Pond Book new authors receive royalties of 75% of net revenues.
